Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to resolve it. Please email contact@skinwinessentials.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Exclusions We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received

  • Changes of mind or skin compatibility issues
